Good day,AIR Arabia Virtual is a fairly new virtual airline as is the real airline. We are currently in the process of a major overhaul on our website and WE are looking for promising new staff and Pilots/ATC.The site is being designed professionally and once complete will compete with the likes of BA Virtual hopefully! Below you will find descriptions of what we offer in our airline, and what you can do to within our organisation.Airline AdministrationAir Arabia offers many administrative positions to those willing to accept the positions.. However, obtaining an administrative position within our organisation may not be as hard as you think! The staff positions offered at Air Arabia are mostly subject to availability but vary from high level consultation, that is, dealing with executives from other airline and organizations, to operational jobs, such as Flight Operations and Flight Instructing.Air Arabia holds no restrictions as to who can attain high level administrative positions. We do not in any way discriminate potential staff members due to their race, gender, sexual preference, ethnicity, religious affiliations and age. We are concerned with the applicant's level of professionalism and the skills they possess. Below is a general list of requirements that previous high level administrative employees have had to meet.* The employee is willing to devote time to the airline. * As English and Arabic are out two main languages at this airline, the applicant must be fluent in at least one of these languages (this includes, speaking, reading and writing).. * The applicant must be able to interact with other staff and work with them in a professional and efficient manner. They must be able to work in a team. * It would be preffered if the applicant has some experience either in the real world aviation field, or the virtual aviation community. * It is not required that the applicant knows how to maintain and/or edit the website (unless they are applying for a job such as web master!) but it would be preferred if they could.* The applicant must be able to devote at least one day in the week to their duties (this will vary depending on the position).* It is extremely important that the applicant replies to email effectively and quickly, and is somewhat present online, either on AIM, SQL or MSN. The above is a very general list of requirments. Our airline is looking for the above requirements to at least be somewhat met. To us, a person's abilities come first. Air Arabia is always looking for talent, and welcomes any and all applicants to our airline. [Virtual Airline Pilot]The most common career path chosen at Air Arabia Virtual would undoubtedly by this one, the virtual airline pilot. Air Arabia has a team of highly skilled and experienced pilots which fly its routes each day, connecting our hubs with destinations all over the world. On average, our captains have at least 100 hours of virtual flight experiences under their belts, and have flown everything from Cessna's to 747s. Our pilots have to meet a rather strict set of requirements in order to fly our aircraft, as it is a privellage to fly under our name!Our fleet does not consist of any turboprop aircraft, and subsequently, our fleet consists primarily of A320 aircraft so it is very advantegous that our pilots are Airbus Certified. If they have not flown airbus aircraft before we offer transition training for our airbus fleet. Basic requirements of our pilots are as follows:* The applicant must know and speak fluent English.or Arabic. * Is able to fly VFR. * Has some experience with jet aircraft.. * Is knowledgeable of basic radio telephony procedures. * It is very advantegous if the applicant has flown for at least one other airline, and has proof of their virtual employment. However this is not a requirement. * Has some simulator experience. * Is rated to fly Airbus Aircraft. If these requirements are not met, do not worry! Air Arabia will do its very best to make arrangements for the applicant to be trained and certified by Air Arabia flight instructors if they want to be trained.
