Depends if they had a chance. Quite often if someone wants to shut something down, they don't go to the webmaster, they go to the server people and get them to close down the site - then the owner doesn't have access to their email accounts.

The external problem for Virtual Fedex is that they never gained permission from FedEx. So they were shut down from FedEx. So everyone still flying for vfedex is waisting their time.
