New Island Based VA

Featured Replies

I would like to announce that a new virtual airline is upcoming. Trans Island Airways Virtual is going to become offical soon. It is based on a now out of business charter airline based in Nassau, Bahamas (MYNN). Originally the airline operated three Piper Aztecs' and three Briten Normen Islanders'. The airline is going to opperate the two listed plus Sabb 340s' to Boeing 747-40s'.(final list to be out soon) The routes will divided in to three schedules: Charter (which will have the flights changed weakly to biwealky) Regional (which will be set flights in the Bahamas) and International (which will include the rest of the flights). We are looking for pilots who would be interested in doing short island hopping which will provide a fun and challanging flight sim experiance. we are also looking for people with repainting talentPlease contact me through this threadPaul Below is a photo of one of TIA's three Aztecs' TIA01540695.jpg

Small correction to our chief pilot's post: For the longest time I remember TIA flying 4 Aztecs and 2 BN2A Islanders.

Marcel Kuhnt has kindly given Trans Island Virtual Airways permission to use his BN Islanders. The new airline is off the ground, starting with BN2A and BN2B aircraft. See the h(so far very primitive) homepage at www.aranha.de/tia/
