Is there any good VA with flight *assignments* from the hub managers, etc.? I would love to see something like a schedule for the week where you can, but do not have to complete some flight plans -or- can pick one based on real world traffic. Picking where I fly to and filing a Pirep gets a little boring and I would find mandatory assignments more challenging. I would also love to fly a leg from KATL to KPHL one day and then the next day have to fly out from KPHL again and receive the next airport from scheduling.

You're basically type rated in one plane (737, 757/767, or A320/330), and crew scheduling assigns you lines of flights, then after you complete one leg, the next one is given a release by a dispatcher until all flights are completed, in which case the next line appears from scheduling. All the flights have complete flight plans, as well as performance and weight data. We also have a custom ACARS program that records times as well as allows live text communication with a dispatcher during your flights.Cheers,Marc

Well in case you did not get an answer yet, I recommend UPS VA. A free software is available and given to you by UPS called the brown box which gives you an assignment from a list. U can fly this assignment as long as you want but can also continue on the next leg of the flight. All assignments are also assigned an a/c from our fleet. The Brown box also inclues an ACARS program wich you run during all flights until you arrive at destination airport and push the parking brake. Then you simply press the Send PIREP to send your flight to the VA. 1 of the rar VA's that still gives you an option to fly online or offline.
