The ATP Experience

At The ATP Experience, we have human (i.e. not automated or software encoded) dispatchers who manage the gate assignments, legal dispatch, passenger loads, and field radio calls from pilots. Dispatch also gives limited weather and airport info reports when able. We rate our pilots on procedure adherance, proper flight and fuel planning, and on time performance. We also assign flight schedules and flight packages to our pilots. In other words, you are challenged to perform as a "proficient" pilot... You are also required to keep your Instrument rating current, your type rating current, and will be evaluated based on your on-time performance and flight performance under numerous criteria. Every pilot who has ever flown with us has personally said to me, "I'm never going back to the way I used to fly."
