February 10, 200818 yr I used to belong to Air Soruce, which was great, but I don't think they (at least what I have read on their site), support FSX.Any ideas what VA's are the best. I like to fly twins, and cargo. I will fly smaller GA as well. Thanks for any feedback.Barry
February 10, 200818 yr Hi Barry,Not sure where you read that. All our software supports FSX just fine. Come give Air Source another try!Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
February 10, 200818 yr Hi Jim,Excellent, does it support SimConnect?? Or do you have to use FSUIPC?Thanks!Barry
February 10, 200818 yr Hi,The free version of FSUIPC4 works fine!Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
February 10, 200818 yr Jim,The problem is that prior I used Wide FS, and there is no free version of that. What is the FPS hit on running Air Source client on the Flight Sim PC?Any reason they haven't re-tooled for Simconnect? I have looked at the SDK, and someone who has written against the FSUIPC interface, should be able to re-write the module using the Microsoft SDK and simconnect, as it is fairly straight forward. Please let me know.Barry
