I wanted to join a VA based off of the operations of United Airlines, but I don't want it to be overwhelming. So something that is nice and relaxed.

Welcome to the forums.In my opinion, the only one to consider is http://www.united-virtual.com/ I don't belong anymore, but that was a personal decision which had nothing to do with the quality of this VA.Highly organized, but not overwhelming. It emulates RW ops and offers lots of training. At first, the website can seem seem a bit overwhelming, but really, this VA is just highly structured.The forums are extremely helpful as well. If this isn't to your liking, google search for other United VA's. There are a couple more out there, but I was never impressed very much.
