When ordering the Sf260, PLEASE PLEASE take care to enter your exact e-mail address. We have had a spate of purchasers wondering where their download link got to, whereas in fact it was sent immediately to the address they gave on the order. While we don't mind helping people out, this simple task, which is there to protect the purchaser, is the most common reason why some purchasers don't get the download link immediately!Also please note that on some systems you need to lower security settings to "medium" and make sure that your browser is set to "enable username and password prompt". This is usually set by default in IE.The above would save me hours of support work - not that I resent the time spent, but it makes orders so much easier for both us and the purchaser.Thank you Avsim for allowing me to post this customer service tip here!Best Regards,Rob YoungRealAir Simulations
