I was just wondering how can i go about fixing A320's by Mike Stone so they won't loose lift and go into an uncontrollable dive whenever you put the aircraft into a turn (of any type)?

It sounds like the same problem users of PSS's airbus were having. I use ProjectAirbus 320. Try swapping the air file with that one.
