Missing Airports

Featured Replies

After a complete reinstall - I dragged all my ADD ON SCENERY over to the new FS2002 folder ... made the changes in the scenery.cfg file and started up!If one goes to WORLD / GO TO AIRPORT - half of the airports are missing if you type the ICAO code in. Mainly Europe because that is where I fly most of the time. I've checked and rechecked that every single file is copied correctly.Any advice on this?Is it something in the MAIN SCENERY folder or perhaps SCENEDB folder?Any help will be appreciated.:-DRegards from this most perfect moring in Cape TownTerblanche

TerblancheDid you run FS2002 once WITHOUT any add-ons i.e. as default, before you dragged stuff over? If you did not, your library will not have had a chance to initialise itself properly.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitak.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/reds.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitakv3.jpg

The culprit is EUROWINGS who replaced the eurnwafd.bgl & eurswafd.bgl files in the scenedbafdfilesscenery folder. This Aerosoft add-on is beginning to irritate me more and more and I have to say it must be the biggest disappointment of 2002 so far
