I know I can just edit the lights section, and use the supplied fx_strobeh.fx, etc. files under EFFECTS, but what if I want to edit the timing of the flashes, the size of the flashes, etc.How do I do that?Thanks!

you'll need the EFFECTS SDK from MS .. These files are effects files and can be edited for different flash rates, size colour etc etc
