Problems with elevator and ailerons

Hi there,I've got a problem concerning the elevator and ailerons of my plane. The planes in question are the PSS airbus (all of them) and the Pilotincommand panel. In the PSS Airbus the elevator and ailerons are not moving at all. In the PIC the elevator stands right up and then I can't move it. It's very weird.When I try to move the aileron or elevator, it's beginning to flipper but it will not move at all.I've tried a variety things. Other keyboard settings and sensitivity changes. Is there anybody who knows what it could be? It's hard to explain the problem and I don't know if there are any other posts regarding this problem.
