ATC Window won't activate normally. Please help!!!

Just recently, I can't get my ATC window to show up upon selection of the "Scroll Lock" key OR ' key. I HAVE indicated selected Auto Open ATC Window in preferences. Never had any problems before.Right now, if I want to communication via ATC, I have to go to "Views" and open the ATC window. Very annoying...Any ideas??Thanks!!Steve

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
