How can I start at the airport and not on the runway with the engines already running? I have flown some of the default flights where you start at the terminal. Thanks in advance.

This has been answered at least 1,987,586 times here. ;-) Do a search and you would find your answer faster than waiting for one.Anyway, taxi to a gate, shut your engines down, then save the flight and make it your default flight. Then you will start there all the time.
