it's GMT+8 all year long, no daylight savings. However, they have Taipei as GMT+8... and there is definitely no time difference between TPE and HKG.

FS has known time zone bugs. All I can suggest is d/l & installing The "Time Zone Correction Files" & seeing if that cures it, it does for most places.File available by clicking "The Hermit" link below...
