November 9, 200223 yr Hi Avsim..Have been tuning the CRJ-200 (nice piece of work) and noticed the thrust scalar is set to 1.1625 -- which seems odd since most other models fly well with thrust set to `actual' and thrust scalar equal to 1.000The model will soar up to FL410 but the last 6,000 ft at VERY slow vertical rate.CRJ-200 at 41,000 ftWhat must the engine power be increased by 16% on this one? Also, have substantially modified the aircraft.cfg file for cruise pitch and paylosd.. etc.Lastly -- what has happened to the Opensky website?? No longer hosted on avsim.com?? Is there a discussion forum these days?? Cheers..!!

Have tried lowering the filters and security settings but no page. The link that you provided did take me to the forum.Question.. how to get into Opensky??http://www.projectopensky.com/'some stuff here' such as: index? downloads?
November 9, 200223 yr It's all white if your browser isn't executing the JavaScript on their page which should re-direct you to their old site http://www.avsim.com/posky/home.shtml while they work on a new web site (which will be quite a while before they get it up and running).Kitty MercuryCathay Pacific Virtual Pilot (CX252)
November 9, 200223 yr Actually, I put the Falcon50 airfile in the CRJ200. Had to tweak a couple things in the aircraft cfg and need to give her some trim up on takeoff; but it flies great. Just like the Falcon 50. hehehe. Beautiful airplane.
