Put together a system over the last week using a Antec Plus case--330 Watt PS, ASUS A7V266-E mobo,AMD XP 2100,Corsair memory(512mb)Gainward Ge3,CD ROM,Burner,WD 40 gig HD,Digital DOC that has temp probes and monitors fans. I used Artic Silver thermal grease and a Cooler Master HS and fan with the heat pipes.I'm running 3 additional case fans. Idle temp is around 46-47C and 51-53C with FS02 running--the OS is Win XP. The case fans are pretty quite. The Cooler Master HSF is loud--runs at about 6800 rpm but it does the job.The assembly went smooth and everything works great except for a floppy that died after about 4 hours and very little use. I'm still getting my other programs loaded and configured but all in all it was pretty painless. FS02 runs great,no lockups yet...David

Hi David,Congratulations, and enjoy your new computer, it should work great for FS2K2. All that cooling does make for one loud box though, doesn't it? I'm considering going with a water cooling system just to bring the noise down.

The temps will rise about 5 degrees C but not enough to worry about.David
