CH Pro-Pedals problem

I have a problem with my CH Pro Pedals. If I depress the right pedal and then release it to center it comes back to center detent, but on the callibration screen it just goes 2/3 way. So, physically it centers, but it is not represented in the software rendition, if you will. If I then depress left pedal slightly and go back to center it centers right on the screen as well. So, that's just a right pedal problem. It is fairly new problem, as I noticed severe right turning tendency during take-off. Looked at my rudder in the outside view and it was half way deflected to the right, despite my pedals being centered. Do you think it is a hardware or software problem? I tried to reinstall my controllers, but problem remains. My temporary solution was to increasy null zone to match this deflection, but this is hardly realistic. Now, is it the time to return it for service???ThxDon
