November 7, 200223 yr Windows XP ProAMD2200+ in ASUS A7V333 w/Raid and Sound1gB pc2700 mem2x WD SE 120gB in RAID 1 (good thing, too)I had the PROMISE controller complain about a "non-responding" drive today. Both drives have been proven to be working, but one of the drives obviously had not been updating for the last four hours of its previous run. I managed to recreate the array from the "good" drive, and we seem to be okay (with my friendly retailer on warranty notice :-) )1.In the course of searching for any info on this problem, I came across http://www.mushkin.com/cgi-bin/Mushkin.fil...0880#asusa7v333which talks about moving a couple of jumpers from default, in order to lower the voltage to memory.... Has anybody done that and what are your experiences?2. I also found:http://www.amdforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=155944which talks about: "George Breaze's (sp) Beta .20 RAID patch"but I cannot find anything else about it... what is that about??Art.
