I installed xp pro (corporate actually >:) )and now my joystick doesn't seem to be working? I looked all over microsoft, and I couldn't seem to find any drivers for it. Is there anywhere that i can find XP compatable drivers?

Do this;Start->Control Panel->Game Controllers->Add->hit "M" and select "Microsoft SideWinder (Auto Detect)->Click OK

Uninstall the sidewinder software and restart your computer. XP has the software that you need and should detect it automatically. If it doesn't go into control panel/gamecontrollers/autodetect/add and set it up.
