December 31, 200223 yr Tom,Sorry you did not get a hold of us but we have had an interesting two weeks. We had our T-1 service disconnected by mistake early morning on December 17th. With it went all e-mail in or out and our web site. After numerous threats it was re-connected late Christmas Eve. Unfortunately the CH offices were closed for the holidays until December 30th.... today. We will be in the office tomorrow but we are getting New Years day off, so call us Thursday if you miss us. We will see what is wrong with your setup.
December 31, 200223 yr Michael,Thanks for the response I got an email yesterday saying that the resistor had shipped now my last grip is that I selected next day delivery service but it shipped ground. Ms. Lewis promised me that I would only be charged for ground shipping. But, now it will be the 8th of January before I receive the item.. (Customer service???) This sort of sucks as I have been with out rudder peddles now for almost a month. I understand the holidays being a busy time and all and your ISP being down as well this stuff happens...Just out of curiosity
