I would go with Maxtor, I have an 80 GB Maxtor with 8MB cache running on an ATA 133 card, it is very fast, and extremely quiet! It was worth the $200 CAD

Save $120 dollars and pick up a Western Digital 80 Gig w 8Mb Cache. Exact same numbers performance wise as the serial ATA drives for over a $100 Bucks less ;)Bobby

For me the Western Digital was more money then the Maxtor, the ATA 133 card came with the HD for free. Either one is a good HD.
