June 8, 200323 yr Turning off AA and AF in your Direct3D properties should give a little bit more performance. Disable ground scenery shadows. As far as upgrades, upgrade your CPU to the fastest you can afford. You might need a new motherboard and memory for those 800MHz FSB P4s.
