Sound Problem (NEED HELP!)

All,For some reason when I don't have my mic muted and if my headset speakers aren't plugged in, I receive this raspy sound. (Same if I plugged in my headset speakers as well as my headset mic plugged in, I receive the same raspy sound).When I unplug the mic from the jack and just have the Desktop Speakers on, I receive this light buzzing sound.Also, when I'm using Roger Wilco and I test my mic and others do hear this as well, I hear a light buzzing sound when Im not talking with click sounds too.Any help would be appreciated!
