Title says it all...What's the best video card out and whats the price? I currently have a GeForce4 Ti-4600 and willing to sell it for a reasonable price and wanting a better card...

Well, here might be some debate, but I would only look at ATI cards at the moment. I personnaly think that the 256MB 9800 Pro is the best card out there at the moment. However I think it costs $500+. If you are on a budget, then the 9700 Pro is good, and the 128MB 9800 Pro is good if you are willing to spend a bit extra.What is your budget?regards,Bob.

ATI-MAch64 with 2mb-Vram, as long as you have one of the "new" Mother Boards with the Vesa Local Bus slot.Or better yetDiamond Viper TnT16!Also the ATI-9800P as well as the Nvidia 5900U are both favorites.

I'm willing to spend about at the most, probably 300...dunno yet...Still debating..
