Hi all,Maybe is something to do with my bios settings, I think I get somewhere then the sim starts to hang again......:-(Which of these should be ok in the bios:AGP Fast Writes.....?System Bios cacheable....?Video Ram Cacheable.....?Video Bios Cacheable......?any help would be most welcome cos I tearing my hair here.....:-madWinXP Home ( updated )Xp2200+Epox 8K9ACreative G4 Ti4800SE 128mbCreative 44xx DriversDx9.0bSteve

disable the bios cachables. AGP fast writes enabled.

Hi all,Well here's a case of not reading up..! fired up the sim this morningand bang it hung again when selecting the aircraft I wanted to use..so I sat and thought mmmm look at the addon panel and sure enough in the readme the author had stated that one particular gauge may causethe sim to crash under XP, put the alternative panel cfg in and onesim that runs sweeeeet.....all that tearing my hair out and kickingthe neighbours cat...for nothing.....:-roll.....lesson learnt me thinks.....:DSteve
