Dual processors (w/ HTed P4s) effect in FS2004?

Does FS2004 take advantage of dual processors or a single HT processor? I am going to eventually upgrade to a P4 3.0 800FSB, an i875 mobo, and 1G of PC3500, and I want to know how FS performs when loaded down. If anyone has a similar system and has all sliders maxxed, with complicated aircraft (PMDG 737NG for example) and 100% AI traffic (with UT preferrably) and complicated scenery, please let me know how your frame rates are.
