Last night I downloaded americas army v1.9 ~604mb file, now aftewr that windows had come completely to a hult... so I rebooted about 2 times and installed it, after playing with it a little I got a alert in windows saying I was running out of virtual memory and windows was increasing the swamp file.Any ideas? Should I format to get my system back to original speed?

I'm running nearly the same specs you are, except a 9800 pro, and I got the same message about the virtual memory after I closed FS2004. Not sure what's going on here.Did you try uninstalling americas army to see if you were still getting the problem? I might try that with FS2004.
