Couple of controller questions...

Featured Replies

Hi all!Was perusing the CH Products website, and in their online store they are closing out the Virtual Pilot Pro for 39.99.Any thing quirky or special I need to know about this controller before I order one. Currently I am using a Thrustmaster Pro Flight Controller System, but its not quite the right thing for flying multi engine props. Also before I knock myself out programming it, has anyone used a Thrustmaster WCS MKII throttle with FS9? got one of those from back in the day, figure if I can use that then I wont have to upgrade to something else in the immediate future. Thanks!Jeff

I personally use the Saitek X45 USB HOTAS system with CH Pro Pedals, and I am more than happy with my configuration. The Saiteks are extremely easy to set up and give the same feel as the ThrustMaster's without the programming nightmare. They work well with the CH Pro Pedals, are very durable, and have lasted two years without any glitches. Since I fly both combat and civial sims, I went with this combination and have both the throttle and stick velcroed on speaker stands that reside on each side of my chair. For around $200-250 total, you'll end up with a great setup.Mike :-wave P4 3.2E @4.00ghz 250FSBDFI Lanparty Pro875B Rev B1gb Corsair XMS PC3500 2-3-3-6 @2.75vNvidia BFG 6800 Ultra OCSB Audigy2 Platinum ExSony CPD-G520 21' MonitorLiquid Cooled GoodnessPics: http://community.webshots.com/user/chksix2002 (NEW Gallery FS9@ 2048x1536!!!)
