How much are you willing to spend total? If you can afford to, I would definitely change the 6800 to a 6800GT. The extra money spent on that one component is more than worth it. The plain vanilla 6800 is only slightly faster than the older generation 9800/5950's. For longevity purposes, I would seriously consider going the GT. Aside from a fast CPU and memory, the videocard is critical for optimal/high res/fast fps performance.Make sure that your ram is at LEAST pc3200, and a good brand like Corsair XMS or Kingston Hyper X. No Geil or OCZ. Both are not as good as the former two I mentioned. Although some might argue that point, I have seem more than my fair share of people with stability problems using Geil and OCZ, especially when overclocking.Make sure your Power Supply is of a good brand. Wattage means nothing if the rails cannot supply a clean and continuous current to all components. Go with a PSU from Antec (True Series), Enermax, Vantec(Stealth Series) or PC Power and Cooling(Best PSU but you pay a premium for it). If it is the Antec series, get the TRUE 480watt.For the hard drive, make sure the drive has an 8mb cache as opposed to the older 2mb cache. 8mb cache drives are capable of loading programs much faster than the 2mb, and the speed increase is plainly visible. Maxtor is good, so is WD and Seagate. Let me know if you have any other questions.Mike :-wave

I agree with Mike...go for the Nvidia 6800GT, you won't regret it.
