Everyone,I am currently running 2X256MB sticks of Corsair XMS memory (PC-2700) that has a pretty low CAS latency. I have a cheapo 512MB stick of PNY memory that is also PC-2700, but is a much higher latency. My MB (Abit AN-7) will default the CAS to the highest speed possible (based on the cheapo memory) which makes sense to me. But, I'm pretty ignorant on the CAS stuff. So, my question is, do you think that I would be better served by only running the 512MB of the Corsair, or using it along with the PNY stuff for a total of 1GB, but at "slower" CAS.I also have a Athlon64 skt 939 3200+ coming in a few days (can't wait for that!). Any idea if it would make a difference on this board because of the integrated FSB?By the way, I run a lot of addons with FS2004 (FSW Clouds, Flight1 aircraft, USA roads, FSGenesis mesh, etc.)Oh, and of course I'm too lazy to plug in the 512MB stick to see how it affects performance. Just looking for opinions here. Thanks for your time,Chris

The lower CAS will definetly help the Athlon64, it likes very fast memory. As for right now, hard to say, but probably won't notice the difference, but you will on a Athlon64.
