CH Pro Pedals USB stop working after a while... On XP

Featured Replies

Hi Since I installed XP (a year and a half ago) my USB CH Pro Pedals stop working after a while. I have to unplug and plug them back to make them work again... I use an AMD TB 1.4 with Asus VIA mother board... I did not have this problem with Win ME. Yet I was told that a patch from Windows fix such an issue on XP and AMD... I use SP2 and still the problem occurs I sent CH Support a message but I am wondering does anyone has this issue? Thanks Michel

Well when I built my system the Bios had a settings that USB support was set to AUTO and if no data was sent through the USB after a while it woudl turn it off, even though I had stuff plugged in it just wasnt being used, so I went to the Bios and truen USB support to Enabled so it wouldn't turn it off and I haven't had any problems since.

Michel... I posted another reply with a link in your thread at SimFlight.Greg
