FS 2004 video card settings ATI X800

Featured Replies

Hello!I just bought a new Radeon X800 3D card, which is very good. Now I am wondering about settings; there is a variety of settings possible and I just don't know which one works bestwith FS 2004.So, should I use Direct 3D, or Open GL, for instance?Has anyone found optimum settings for the X800 card?I would be grateful for tips and tricks.........Thanks!Hans HermanssonSweden

That card will be great for FS2004. As for settings, 4x AA should be good. You might not even need AS. If you're screen supports a high res, set it higher than 1024x768 for good image quality or leave it there for increased preformance. Also, FS2004 uses DirectX 9 only, not Open GL.The best tip is to just play and see what works for you.
