Dear all.I have just received my new pc.ASUS A8N-SLI with an FX-57 CPU in it.I have been so busy installing flightsim stuff on it, that I haven't even connected my speakers.When I tried to do it today, I heard nothing.I opened the RealTek Audio control center, and I found out that when I plug my green jack into the lime contact, then the plug in detector scans, and there is a fault in the connection. There is a red X and it says that it is not connected correctly.How can this be??Any advice would be greately appreciated!Boaz...

Do you have onboard audio,and if so,is it enabled in your bios? Are your audio drivers up to date? Go to Start,Run and type in dxdiag and check your audio settings.
