Hi All, I have a problem that i have not had before , i have Outlook Express for my E-Mail but when i am online and open it up it disconnects my Speedtouch Connection to the net, Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Dod,U on highspeed or dial-up? If dial-up check your connection settings and see that its not dailing some other connection to check.

Hello, Sorry i should have said, i'm on Broadband, i have had a lot of Spam over the last two weeks for some reason and did delete about 115 i had in my Spam folder but most sites i give my E-Mail to are only for Flight /Trainsim and family, i'm still getting some Spam ,i would like to do'em but i never reply ,they are just a pain in the you know what!! One thing i have noticed is that i normally click on my Speedtouch Connection and thats it i'm away but i now get the dial up box appear for some reason, Any thoughts? Cheers.

Dod,That Speedtouch Connection your talking about,i guess your working with ADSL on a speedtouch modem? If outlook does give the dialup box, recheck the settings again. Most likely you overlooked some setting.

Hello, Well i have tried checking what i can but could not find anything so in the end i did a System Restore back two weeks and that has done it, the only thing with doing that is you don't know what caused the problem, i would have prefered to have known but i had not had this problem in the last five years ,still never mind its ok at the moment, Thanks for your help , Cheers.
