June 29, 200619 yr For those of you using setups with PCIexpress graphics cards, have any of you tried the following for multiple monitors with FS2004:1) running the setup with a single PCIexpress graphics card and seperate PCI or AGP cards 2) running two identical PCIexpress graphics cards unbridged and using both for multiple monitors (say 3 or 4 monitors)3) running two identical PCIexpress graphics cards unbridged and using both for multiple monitors AND additional PCI or AGP graphics cardsIf the answer to any of these is yes, what is the setup? Anything special needs doing to the BIOS for example? My confusion after searching the forums is this:I am unclear if I get a computer with PCIexpress cards if I can run a second or third graphics card for multiple monitor setups. (my computer store said this does not work but I am unsure reading the forums).I am building a home cockpit and planning for 4 instrument monitors plus one for the outside view - 5 monitors (yes I am aware of the Matrox Head2Go system). Can this be done with the new dual core systems (not running in SLI mode for FS2004 of course!)My proposed system is:AMD Athlon 64 3800 X2 socket 939 Dual CoreGigabyte GA-K8N-SLI Inforce4, 4*DDR, 2*PCIEX, 3*PCI, SATA, sound, LAN1Gb DDR 400 PC3200Seagate 300Gb SATA II 7200 3G/S2x Forsa GF 7600GT 256Mb 128-bit DDR3, PCI-express X16 interface, VIVO, Dual DVI, 560MHz Core Clock, 1400MHz Memory Clockan additional PCI graphics card if possibleany help or comments much appreciatedJezza
