Do motherboards come with the processor installed, or do you need to buy it seperatly?

Always seperatly. unles whole system is pre build ofcourse

If you get a bundle they will usually come with a Mothboard, RAM, and a CPU...

Even in a bundle unless you have it pre-installed you always take the parts boxed out of the store
