October 22, 200619 yr Hi!I plan to upgrade my system to meet the challanges of FSX(which I already have; I currently use FS2004)My specs so far are: AMD 64 FX-55 CPU, 1,5 gig DDR-SDRAM,Radeon X800 PRO video card.I don't plan to change my mainboard, so a new video card would have to be AGP.So, do you think just upgrading my CPU would be enough, orjust the video card, or both.I am, of course after better performance in FSX.What would you recommend for AGP video card and CPU (I have a 939slot)Grateful for tips and help.......Thanks!Hans HermanssonSweden
October 23, 200619 yr I just bought a 256 mb nVidia 7600GT. It's probably the fastest thing available in AGP and is under $200.00. I upgraded from a 128 mb nVidia 6600GT. I also added another 1 gb of RAM, bringing me to 2 gb. I'm hoping that will work for awhile until the Vista/DX10 hardware comes out.Jim
