Helo Guys!I have an old PC and im thinking to buy a new.The old one has a pentium4 3ghz prescott cpu in 478 socket, not the best i know, but the fs worked well on it.Im thinking to buy a Core 2 Dou processor, but i dont know that fs9 works with dual core cpu.Can it use all the 2 cores?I cant choose between the E6400 and E6600.The E6600 is more expensive, than the E6400.Is the E6400 enough? Can anybody tell me a good motherboard fot these cpu-s?What video card should i buy?(not the most expensive, but can run the newest gmaes)Thanks for the help!Gyula

Right now, eventhough fs is not coded for dual-core.. having them will not be a bad thing, as its only future proofing your system. That said, some might dissagree and say that your better of with a fast single core.. so it's just a matter of what you feel is good for you. Getting a C2D is the right thing as it will currently own all cpu's out on the market... Choosing between the 64 or 66 is really up to your budget, id personally opt for the 66 but if your on a budget get the 64 and overclock it. This link will help you along in clarifying the not that big a deal between the 2MB vs 4MB L2 http://techreport.com/reviews/2006q3/e6300...ff/index.x?pg=1and these links deal with your issue between 64 or 66http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1085381http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1089149As for a mobo, i like mine in my sig, but if you want to go more affordable, the Asus P5W DH is a very good stable mobo for the C2D'sHope this helps you on your way..
