Update Nvidia Driver ?

Hi, am using a Nvidia Geforce FX5200. I have downloaded a Driver update 93.71.When I run the install wizard I get a message "one or more microsoft wizards are running close them to continue installing" and cannot complete the install !Have checked the Device manager and can find no wizards running, have tried closing as many services and virus scanner etc but to no avail.
