Need new Socket 939 Processor

Hi all, I am running the ATHLON 64 FX55 PGA939 2.6GHZ 1MB CACHE VAR 104W 2.0GHZ PIB. It is for a socket 939 MOBO, Could anyone be able to direct me to the fastest athlon 939 processor? Thank's in advance :-)

The fastest (and last) 939, are the FX-57(2.8GHZ) and the FX-60 (2.6GHZ).As for directing you to an outlet, good luck. Unfortunatly trying to find a 939 now, is like looking for a needle in a haystack, since AM2 is their standard now. IMHO, if you want to upgrade, go for C2D although to do that you will also need a new MOBO.

C2D means Intel Core 2 Duo ;) these chips right now beat every other chip on the market right now, beats all AMD's and all of the older line Pentium 4's.
