Hi!We're aiming for a visual setup with matrox triplehead on 3 monitors or projectors (3072x768). - Will a 400w psu be able to support this setup?Witht the 8800 which alone allready consumes quite alot, and with overclock, NO, what you'll want is "atleast" a 500-550w with +12 Volt current rating of 26 Amps. (even though the minimum for the 320GTS is 400w, 1. dont use minimums for a guideline, 2. leave juice for you other components. Don't go cheap with a PSU, but don't go overboard either.)- Will I benefit a lot from using faster (more expensive!) ram?Yes, specially with overclocking, you will want to overclock your DIMMS aswell, for a good overclock go with quality 1066MHz DIMMS, with heatspreaders. (RAM RUNS HOT UNDER OVERCLOCK)- Will I be able to overclock the CPU slightly (2,8Ghz?) with this mobo/ram/stock cooler?You "should" be able to, its only a small increase. But it depends on many factors. The type of stepping of the CPU, the quality of your DIMMS etc.. Overclocking IS trial and error, for some it works, and for others it doesnt really work.Note on the 8800, if your planning to run at 3072x768, you would be alot better of getting the 640MB GTS or the 768MB GTX. The 8800GTS 320MB would not handle that high a resolution very well.
