Bad Sector on HD, how to fix?

I discovered a bad sector on my wife's HD, she's using VISTA, can anyone recommend software I can use to try and repair it, for VISTA or XP?Much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, That SpinRite looks awesome, but I called up the store where I purchased it 28 days ago, and got them to swap the tower, can't beat that service. Thanks again for the advice.
