Now what?! No torque pedal control in the Dauphin.

I don't understand it. I fly about 60 miles, shutdown the chopper, restart after about 15-20 minutes, take-off as normal, except the torque pedals don't work any longer. They're just completely locked up! Does anyone have any ideas? I've already deleted the yaw line in the Dauphin.cfg after the lockup, but that didn't work. I reinserted the line and it's still locked up. I've also deleted the FS2002.cfg file. Sorry, B.A., I'm stumped. You seem to be having more than your share of difficulty with this craft. You start it up and everything works fine. You shut down and then later start it up again and the pedals (yaw control) won't work, right?Do you go through the entire start up sequence the 2nd time you try to fly? Have you tried switching to another helo, getting that one going correctly then disabling your joystick and loading the Dauphin back up? (I know that sounds very round about, but I'm grasping at straws here anyway.) I can't think of anything else to try. Maybe somebody else will eventually come up with something. Sorry.-Lindy

Thanks, Lindy. Also, thanks for those wav files...they're really nice. I'm not sure what's going on with the Dauphin, but I have a feeling I should go into the .cfg and do some more tweaking. BTW, I just completed the first leg of my flight and it went fairly smoothly. That autopilot is a God-send! From KSNA to 1L7 (397.4 miles)...very nice! The only issue right now is that after shutting down I noticed the loss of control on the torque pedals and the collective :-hmmm .Anyway, before continuing on to KOSH tomorrow (via KGXY & KLRJ for fuel stops) I'll go ahead and pull some maintenance on the old girl. :-)"Learn from your parents' mistake...use birth control."(I M A UCLA) BruinAddict *:-*DemetriousAsus A7V266 MBAthlon XP 1600+ (@ 1.53)512MB PC2100 DDRVisionTek Xtasy GeForce4 Ti 4400 (Detonator 29.42 WHQL)NEC MultiSync E1100+ 21"SoundBlaster Live!
