Hi!After looking this forum thru I got rid of most of my problems.. However every time I go to hover mode it wont fly the selected hdg it just start turning right, faster and fast. It works fine when I use hdg select in cruise mode.. Any ideas ?Cheers!Daniel Schilder

Hi Daniel,Are you flying with the joystick disabled? I know some people have suggested that you can fly the Dauphin with joystick enabled (avoiding the need to edit the Dauphin.cfg) but I found that the Autopilot can become unstable when doing so.Ok, have you engaged both Lane 1 and Lane 2 of the autopilot hydraulics? You should have 3 green lights on each row. Is the Autopilot set to ASE and not SAS (below the Lane1/2 switches)? In the manual it says that you can enter hover mode with or without collective control, but lets go the whole nine yards here... have you engaged the Flight Director on the Cyclic and Collective and coupled them? Next, when in the air, set the heading bug to your desired heading then engage HOV and H.HT, add positive height to the dial above H.HT. You should be in a stable hover now, if not try the next paragraph. Notice you do not engage HDG heading hold. What realism settings do you have FS set to? If it's anything less than max, try adding the line low_realism_setting; to the Dauphin.cfg. Again some people found that this made the aircraft more unstable, but it's worth a try- for that matter, if you already have that line in, try removing it and see what happens. If all this fails, come back and desribe exactly whats happening, e.g. is it just the Yaw, or is pitch effected as well? etc. etc.Good LuckAlun
