One of the first a/c I tried when I first installed Fs2k2 was the Bell Ranger

Hey Tonni,Welcome to the world of Helicopters in FS! You'll find that theres quite a few of us who only fly helis in FS, and I, like you, find it the most challenging and rewarding flying in the sim.If your looking for more help in flying, you might want to take a look at www.hovercontrol.com for more tutorials and forums.Happy Hovering!Alun

Amen, Myself like most flight simmers tried the Bell, crashed a few hundred times (I'm actually a RW Helicopter ATP) and finally gave up. I did however stumble across Hoversafe and ultimately Hovercontrol and have since become proficient to the point that it has been several moinths since I have tried anything that ended in a crash.Long Live the FS Heli.

Hey guys, for even more realism, fun and challenge, why not try helicopter flying online, with VATSIM ATC and voice dispatching, real weather, and following published helo routes, in the NYC Metro, Washington, DC or London, UK airspace, with Metro Helicopters!Check out our web site at www.metrohelo.orgWe're looking for experienced flight sim helicopter pilots.Best Regards,WayneMetro 7
