I am upgrading my flightsim to the USB version from the ISA. My first question is getting the new card to see my custom joystick. It is just two pots that connect to the rotary module via splicing into cat5 wiring. I did not orginaly setup the sim so I am basically starting from scratch. I have attached a couple of pics to help clear the mud. Is there an easier way to set up my joystick? Thanks

Looks to me you are not using a joystick pot. you have a rotory encoder and it must be wired to the rotory mod which is mod 7. if you want a joystick, get 100k pots and wire them to the first exp. mod.or to the analog port. I built a break-out board to wire pots to the analog port on my setup. see attachment. Ron
