EPL for 747

Featured Replies

I am new simbuilder My project Is 747 400all EPIC usb interface and ProjectMagentaI have a lot of probblem with EPL codeAnyone have an Example code for 747 400 for help me

My advice: Stop looking for ready-to-use epl code for your 747. Whatever you find, it will not work on your cockpit, because there are no two identical cockpits in this world. Your buttons, displays, rotaries etc. will be wired differently from that of other builders. My advice: Look for ANY epl code you can find and try to analyze it, see how others solved problems. If you are lucky, you might even be able to use parts of other people's epl code for your own project, but never all of it.You have to write your own.One good place to go is www.podsystems.ch - lots of example files, and most of them with a fair amount of comments.Good luck!Hans KrohnPS: I am in the progarming phase right now (373/generic cockpit). Once I'm done I will put all my code on my website. This will happen in 3 - 4 months.

Hi I agree with Hans. You must write your own code. also download FS Comm. It will help you write you code. I have been reading all the examples I can find. if I need to say write code for the radios I find code that deals with that then copy it, change it for my hardware and off I go. My epl uses many peoples codes and slowly I have learned how to write my own. but look at FS COMM it will help you. I think this link will get you to the web site.www.flightsimulator.atgood luck.
