Included here are the Threat Warning Prime, one of my home made eyebrow light sets, and my integration of the EMDA Pro34 fro my lights. As you can see, in my wiring scheme, I use csrew terminals to connect my cards since it allows me to diconnect parts without much hassel. Also, in all my pictures you can see my lables which are designed to tell me whtat the connectors ties together. The same lable is mounted on both ends of a connector and the cable tieing them together will have the same lable also. Using my cable map, an excel spread sheet, i'll be able to trace my wiring problems very easily. well, that's all for now, it time to continue coding.

Impressive, Sir! Very nice panels.Mikewww.mikesflightdeck.com

Looking Good. I spoke with a Boeing tech, He said they don't use solid wire in the real aircraft. all wire is stranded due to brakage at the soder joints, however all pannels are wired with connectors. I use belden 10 pair 18 gauge wire as I wire to 9 pin D connectors.

The only solid wire I use are for jumpers on a board. All other wiring is stranded.
