Falcon4 SP3 shared memory interface version 2

Thanks to Mark Doran, I found some errors in my first Falcon4 memory reader. Attached is my second version along with the pigeonhole definition file from my EPIC project. You'll need to change the light name definitions in the PH_Interface.hpl file before you can use this code.For example, you'll need to change the following line which refers to my Master Caution light, to the correct code for your Master Caution light:LeftEye.Lamps2.Master_Cau_Lamp=off;
